The Rules Behind the Twelve Signs

These Terms govern use of the online store operated by Canvas Cove LLC.
What We Sell
Our principal collection consists of twelve zodiac-themed desktop figurines and related constellation-inspired decorative objects.
The twelve-sign concept may be offered as:
- Individual figurines;
- Coordinated collections;
- Gift-oriented products;
- Desktop décor;
- Display sets.
Product Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected zodiac sign before checkout.
A customer-selection error is treated differently from a fulfillment error where Canvas Cove LLC sends a sign different from the one shown on the completed order.
Product Representation
We aim to accurately present:
- Dimensions;
- Materials;
- Sign identity;
- Finish;
- Included pieces;
- Decorative details.
Minor production or photographic variation may occur.
Orders
We may hold or cancel an order before shipment because of:
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Inventory discrepancy;
- Invalid address;
- Obvious pricing error;
- Technical malfunction;
- Shipping restriction.
If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
Weekends: Closed
Cut-Off: 5:00 PM CT
Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 3–5 business days
Estimated Total: approximately 4–8 business days
Decorative Use
Products should be displayed and handled according to their materials and intended decorative purpose.
They should not be used as toys, structural supports, candles, food-contact objects, or outdoor products unless a listing specifically states that such use is appropriate.
Intellectual Property
Original Canvas Cove LLC artwork, photography, product descriptions, graphics, branding, and original zodiac interpretations may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri and the United States.
