Multi-sign orders may occasionally be separated into multiple packages for safer transport.
I accidentally selected the wrong zodiac sign. Can I return it?
Yes, if the product remains eligible under our 30-day return policy.
For a customer-selection return, you are responsible for return shipping.
What if you send me the wrong zodiac sign?
That is treated as a fulfillment error.
Once confirmed, Canvas Cove LLC will cover reasonable return shipping necessary to resolve the issue.
What if my figurine arrives broken?

Can I display the figurines outside?
